The farmers

Farmhouse cheese is a historical and artisanal product. To this day, the preparation is still largely done by hand. Our tasty cheeses are made according to authentic recipes, sometimes using age-old family recipes. More than 20 farmers are members of the cooperative and make cheese with much love and passion from milk from their own cows.
