The development of this beer cheese was a collaboration between the traditional brewers of brewery De Molen in Bodegraven and Coöperatie De Producent. The beer cheese is a robust cheese, to which nothing else has been added than De Molen's Heen&Weer Triple beer. And of course a lot of love, passion and craftsmanship. And it is completely vegetarian!
